  • RV Technician certification or willingness to become certified

  • Working knowledge of and demonstrated experience with:

    • Electrical systems

    • Plumbing

    • Carpentry

  • A positive, can‑do attitude — someone who sees solutions, not problems

  • Strong people skills and a customer‑first approach

  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and pride in quality workmanship
